Plug 'n' Dose TP Micro Dispensing Controller - Time & Pressure

This has been designed as an upgrade for users of conventional Time & Pressure Volumetric Dispensers enabling them to make use of the more versatile eco-PEN Volumetric Micro Dispensers by simply plugging in a pressure transducer into the pneumatic output of the existing Time & Pressure Volumetric Dispenser. The transducer takes the pressure output & converts it into an analogue electrical signal which the Plug 'n' Dose TP Dispensing Controller interprets and converts to flow rate on the eco-PEN Volumetric Micro Dispenser.  All the time the Time & Pressure Dispenser is creating a pressure signal, the Plug 'n' Dose will instruct the eco-PEN to dispense at a proportional flow rate - as soon as the pneumatic signal is taken away, the eco-PEN Volumetric Micro Dispenser will stop dispensing - SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE !!

Plug 'n' Dose AM Volumetric Micro Dispensing Controller - Automation

This has been designed to enable the eco-PEN Volumetric Micro Dispenser to be interfaced into an automation line and takes the dosing speed and dosing time signals from a line controller i.e. PLC/SPS and are processed to operate the eco-PEN dosing functions.  The Plug 'n' Dose AM has a built in motor overload protection which can be interpreted and processed by the line controller as a fault signal and displayed as an error message.
